Kano State Polytechnic notice on screening exercise for candidates 2024/2025 academic session.
This is to inform you that the management of Kano State Polytechnic has rescheduled the screening exercise for applicants seeking admission into National Diploma programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session for next week.
The new dates for the screening exercise are:
- Monday, 30th December 2024 and Tuesday, 31st December 2024
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Venue: Academic Department, Central Administration, BUK Road, Kano
Please note that this change is due to the new year break while the subsequent exercise will continue on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You are therefore expected to come along with the necessary documents to the screening venue.

All candidates are hereby requested to come along with the following documents to the screening venue:
- Declaration of age/Birth Certificate
- NIN Slip
- O’level Result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
- JAMB Registration Slip
- JAMB Result Printout
- Change of Institution Slip (Green Card)
- Evidence of O’level Upload on JAMB CAPS
- 4 Copies of the Screening Slip
It will be strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hence, candidates are to write attendance on their arrival.
By this notice, ONLY the successfully admitted students will be invited to the screening.
