For the avoidance of doubt, there is no land for sale in Kwara State University, Malete, or in any of the campuses of Kwara State University.
Any person or company which claims to sell or have the authority of the University to sell any part of the landed properties of Kwara State University is fraudulent and should be disregarded.
Any member of the public who acquires any part of the landed properties of the institution does so at his or her own risk as the management of Kwara State University will not cede any part of its lands to anyone.
