This is to inform applicants who are interested in obtaining the Post-UTME Application form of Kwara State University (KWASU) that the management has Open the application portal.

Candidates Eligible to Purchase KWASU Post-UTME.
- Candidates whose first choice of institution is KWASU
- Candidates interested in Admission into KWASU but have not made it their first choice. Such candidates are strictly advised to change to KWASU.
- To be eligible, all candidates must have five (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings except for MBBS that requires only one setting.
- Candidates awaiting O’level results can also apply but they will not be considered for admission until their results are available.

Important Information for Candidates
- Admission Criteria: Admission offers will be determined by a combined score of UTME/DE (70%) and five (5) relevant O’level grades (30%).
- Accuracy of Entries: Any incorrect entries will automatically disqualify a candidate.
- O’level Requirements: Candidates must have five (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects, obtained in no more than two (2) sittings. The MBBS programme requires credits in one sitting only.
- Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting O’level results may apply, but admission will not be considered unless results are submitted before the admission process concludes.
- Registration Period: Online registration opens on 18th July 2026, and closes on August 17th, 2026.

REGISTRATION FEES: Candidates are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00).

2026/2027 SESSION PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- Visit http://portal.kwasu.edu.ng and click on “Click here to apply”
- Click Undergraduate link at the top menu bar
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Click on “Continue”
- Complete the basic information page (Please note: Enter only valid phone number and email address and click next.
- On the payment review page, click on “Make Payment” and this will take you to the payment page where you can provide your card detail.
- Enter ATM card (Mastercard, Visa or Verve) number and other details as appropriate and submit
- Enter “OTP code” sent to your phone and click continue to complete your payment.
- After a successful payment, click on “Main login” on the portal, enter your Jamb registration number and Surname as password
- Click on “Login to dashboard” and complete your registration.
- Ensure you print completed registration form and payment receipt.
NOTE: You can always requery your payment attempt in case you have been debited and network fails while completing your payment. Enter your JAMB registration number and phone number, press tab button to display a Requery interface below the page, then Requery your unsuccessful payment attempt as shown below.

PLEASE NOTE:
- In addition to all the requirements stated above, all candidates must know that final admission into KWASU is based on meeting the University’s and the academic programme’s cut-off points in UTME/DE and also on the availability of spaces within the NUC approved admission quota for KWASU.
- Candidates are to note that, falsification of citizenship certificates or any certificate for that matter, would lead to disqualification and would be reported to the Law Enforcement Agencies for possible prosecution.
