Lady Dedicates her Master’s Degree To Mom Who Bagged PhD at 50 despite health issues
South African Lady, Portia Lehasa who just bagged her Master of Commerce in Accountancy from North West University (NWU), has dedicated everything to her educated mother that inspired her.
Portia Lehasa said she was inspired to pursue her master’s by her mom, who bagged her Ph.D. at the age of 50 while battling several health issues.
In a post on LinkedIn, Portia shared beautiful snaps of herself and her mother in their academic attire and shared a moving story:
