Man Pays Outrageous Bride Price for Marrying a Graduate

Cursory: A Nigerian man expresses his shock over the exorbitant money he was asked to pay as bride price.

A lady revealed a marriage negotiation to her cousin.

She revealed that her cousin, who is a Medical Doctor and Surgeon was asked to pay N1.5 million as bride price and an additional N60,000 to obtain the list of marriage items he needed to purchase.

Defending the exorbitant bride price, the bride’s family hammered in the fact that their daughter is a “graduate”.
