Evoni Williams who worked as a waiter in a restaurant was rewarded with a $16,000 (over 8 million Nigerian naira) scholarship for her kindness to one of her customers.


According to reports, she found a job in a waffle shop after graduating from high school to raise funds for her further studies.
One day, an elderly man who was seriously ill appeared at her workplace and placed an order.
Despite being overwhelmed by a day’s work, Evoni pointed out that the man could barely support himself.
Before going to the restaurant, the man had just undergone surgery and was unable to use his hands.

Soon after, the mayor of her city visited the kind lady in the restaurant. , she got a big check for 16,000 US dollars (N6,571,200.00).
