Chief Nike Davis Okundaye is a very beautiful woman. According to reports, she is a Nigerian batik and textile designer who has gained worldwide recognition and reputation.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Nike Davies Okundaye lost her mother when she was very young.
Her grandmother was the one who raised her. She had to drop out of school because her grandmother could not afford her tuition.
According to reports, she said that her grandparents were good at creating different African art artworks such as making cloth, weaving, etc.
After dropping out of school, she learned how to create art works from her grandmother.
This great woman is the founder of an African art company in Osobo, Osun State.
She also founded an art gallery called the Nike Museum of Art.
Although she has never gone to school, Mrs. Nike Davies Okundaye has lectured at several prestigious universities in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Harvard University.
