Mother in Shock as 14-Year-Old Son Rejects Graduation Car Gift

A single mother faces backlash on social media after a trending video captures the moment her 14 year old son rejected a car gift she got him for his graduation.

A video of a 14-year-old boy rejecting a BMW X3 gifted by his mother has ignited discussions on social media.

The incident, shared by Instagram user glamorous_taye, has sparked strong reactions, with many expressing outrage at the boy’s behavior.

In the video, the young boy is seen being led by his mother with his eyes closed to the spot where the white BMW X3 is parked. Upon opening his eyes and receiving the car keys from his mother, he immediately expressed dissatisfaction, stating that he wanted a BMW X5 instead.

Disappointed, he dropped the keys on the car and walked away. Netizens have taken to the comment section to share their opinions about the incident, with reactions ranging from shock to outrage.

Netizens’ Reactions:

Austine Ighovwede: “It didn’t start overnight; she must have raised the boy to believe he could get anything he wanted. Imagine the audacity.”

Queen Omeh Odibo: “Wrong on all levels… well, it’s just too much for a 14-year-old.”

Harrison Bamawo: “This is what happens when a single mother tries to prove she can take care of her kids better after separating from her husband.”

Omo-Odiase Osadebamwen: “Okay, it’s content… How? Is he smoking? The age, the entitlement. Case closed since his first statement; nothing more to discuss!”

Uzozie Chimaraoke: “Are we even supposed to comment on this? Is a 14-year-old even allowed to drive? The mother should address the entitled son she raised.”

Nkechi Ahanor-Wilson: “A child I raised wouldn’t try this. I’ll not give my 14-year-old a car. I’m finding her a summer job as soon as she turns 14.”
