The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has granted approval for Kaduna State University (KASU) to begin admitting students into four new programs.

This follows a successful resource inspection conducted by NBTE from 13th-15th July 2024 at Makarfi Campus.
The newly approved programs are: National Diploma in Orthopedic Cast Technology, National Diploma in Prosthetics and Orthotics, Higher National Diploma in Health Information Management, and Higher National Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology. All these programs will be offered at the Makarfi campus.
This positive development not only highlights the university’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence but also marks a significant milestone in its ongoing efforts to expand and diversify its academic offerings. By securing approval for these additional programs, the university has demonstrated its dedication to meeting the evolving needs of students and the healthcare industry.
