This is to inform all the aspirants of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) that there is an important fraud alert. All prospective students should treat this information with utmost concern to avoid been defrauded.
The memo reads:
The attention of the authority of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-lwoye has been drawn to an online information instructing candidates to pay a sum of N5.000 “before admission commences for further clearance.”
The badly couched statement further directed prospective candidates to contact one “Mrs Omosule,M.l, via Facebook “
The University Management hereby states that the above information is false and it is a way to defraud unsuspecting candidates.
Olabisi Onabanjo University does not transact its admission on Facebook or through the social media.
The general public, parents/guardians and most especially, candidates seeking admission into the University are hereby informed to check information update about their admissions only on the University website: oouagoiwoye.edu.ng or this website allschool.com.ng
