Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has matriculated 2,000 part-time undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session.


The matriculation ceremony was held on May 14, 2025, at the University Convocation Square.
In her address, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, Fellow of UNESCO, ACLS, and FIIFP, congratulated the newly admitted students on securing admission. She commended their courage in choosing to pursue part-time academic programs despite the challenges of balancing education with other life demands.
Professor Sa’adatu urged the students to acquaint themselves with the university’s rules and regulations, stressing the importance of compliance with examination guidelines approved by the University Senate. She warned against all forms of misconduct and encouraged the students to uphold the values of peace and discipline, avoid vandalism, and make effective use of their student handbooks.
She also assured them that the Directorate of Continuous Education and the Students Affairs Division remain open and accessible for support and guidance throughout their academic journey.
The highlight of the event was the administration of the matriculation oath by the Registrar, Dr. Bala Isyaka Ahmed II, who was ably represented by the Senior Deputy Registrar, Mrs. Stella Asaniyan.
