NUC Grants Full Accreditation to 20 out of 24 New Academic Programs at ADUSTECH Wudil

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted full accreditation to 20 out of a possible 24 new academic programmes at Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil.

Iam delighted to share the results of the recent National Universities Commission (NUC) accreditation exercise for our academic programmes. This important evaluation, conducted in line with NUC standards, is a testament to our commitment to academic excellence and the quality of education we provide.

Out of the 24 academic programmes eval- uated, I am proud to announce that 20 of our programmes have been granted full accreditation status. This achievement underscores the dedication of our staff, the hard work of our students, and the continuous support from our proprietor, the Kano State Government, especially the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf.

The programmes that received full accreditation status are as follows:

Agriculture
Fisheries and Aquaculture
Forestry and Wildlife Management
Architecture
Information and Communication Technology
Automobile Technology Education
Building Technology Education
Computer Science Education
Education Mathematics
Electrical Electronics Education
Integrated Science
Metalwork Technology Education
Woodwork Technology Education
Automotive Engineering
Water Resources and Environmental Engineering
Quantity Survey
Biochemistry
Science Laboratory Technology
Geography
Meteorology

In addition, 4 programmes have received and Technology, Wudil interim accreditation status. This indicates that while these programmes meet several of the required standards, there are specific areas identified for improvement. We are committed to addressing these areas promptly to ensure that these programmes also achieve full accreditattion status shortly.

Mechatronics Engineering
Building Technology
Estate Management
