KWASU Admission List 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

Kwara State University (KWASU)  Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic session is out. The list is now available on the school’s portal. Candidates See how to check name below.

This is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2025/2026 Post-UTME of the institution that they can proceed to check if their names are on the Provisional Admission list of successful candidates.

The admission list contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into KWASU’s various undergraduate programmes.

Note: PDE means Professional Degree Courses in KWASU.

How to Check KWASU Admission List.

Kwara State University , KWASU prospective students can check their admission status from the school’s and JAMB Portal.

How to Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
  2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
  3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
  4. Then click on Admission Status,
  5. You should then click on check admission status or
  6. Click on Access my CAPS.
  7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
  8. Then click on admission status
  9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
  10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
  11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
  12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Check Online For JAMB Candidates on School Portal

Candidates are to follow the below Procedures to check their admission status;

  • Log on to https://portal.kwasu.edu.ng/index.php
  • Enter your Username (ie your register email) and your password (ie your surname)
  • Your Admission status will show on your dashboard.
  • If you have been offered admission, you will see an option to pay acceptance fee
  • If you haven’t been offered admission, your portal will remain the same. No change. No option to pay acceptance fee.

For Direct Entry Candidates

In line with this new information, concerned applicants can access their portal to check their status.

  • Supply your USERNAME and PASSWORD in the appropriate columns.
  • Finally, click on LOGIN to access your KWASU admission status.
