This is to notify the Polytechnic Community that the 19th Combined Convocation ceremony of our dear Polytechnic has been scheduled as follows:

Thursday 18th January 2024
- Convocation lecture to be delivered by Prof. Chinedu Nebo
- Venue: Polytechnic Auditorium
- Time: 10am
- Highlight: Exhibition of Products by various departments
Friday 19th January 2024
- Convocation ceremony and awards
- Venue: Convocation Arena
- Time: 10am
PAYMENT OF N25, 000 (TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND) NAIRA CONVOCATION FEE

In view of the upcoming 19th combined Convocation Ceremony of Federal Polytechnic Oko scheduled to hold on 19th January, 2024, I have the directive to request all the students who graduated between 2010-2021 to pay a convocation fee of N25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand) Naira.
The payment should be in bank draft payable to Federal Polytechnic, Oko Account.
In addition to the above, the student is required to present the bank draft to the Bursary for issuance of receipt and with the original receipt, the student proceeds to the Stores unit for collection of convocation Gown. It is expected however, that the gown collected should be returned to the store on or before Tuesday 23-01-2024.
Failure to return the gown on the said date attracts a fine of five thousand naira (N5000).This is for the information of the concerned graduands, please.
