Tragedy in Kogi as Teacher Dies After Alleged Assault by Student’s Father

A female teacher was reportedly beaten to death in Kogi State after allegedly disciplining a student, with authorities expected to investigate the incident.

A female teacher has reportedly lost her life after she was allegedly assaulted in Ugbamaka, Okpo District of Olamaboro Local Government Area, Kogi State, following a disagreement linked to the punishment of one of her students.

According to reports, the incident happened after the teacher disciplined a student during school activities. The disciplinary action reportedly angered the student’s father, who later confronted the teacher over the matter.

The confrontation allegedly escalated into a violent attack during which the teacher sustained fatal injuries. The circumstances surrounding the incident have sparked shock and sadness among residents of the community.
