University of Lagos, UNILAG Re-appoints Prof. Lucian Chukwu & Prof. Ayodele Victoria Atsenuwa as Deputy Vice Chancellors.


The Governing Council of the University of Lagos, at a Statutory Meeting held on Friday, March 31, 2023, confirmed the re-appointment of Professor Lucian Obinna Chukwu as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management Services) for a second tenure of two (2) years.
The appointment, which takes effect from April 28, 2023 to April 27, 2025, was made in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, First Schedule of the University of Lagos Act, 1967, as amended by Section 4 of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1993.
Similarly, Professor Ayodele Victoria Atsenuwa has been re-appointed as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development Services) for a second tenure of two (2) years.
The appointment, which takes effect from March 29, 2023 to March 28, 2025, was made in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, First Schedule of the University of Lagos Act, 1967, as amended by Section 4 of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1993.
The Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the university community, congratulates Professor Lucian Obinna Chukwu and Professor Ayodele Victoria Atsenuwa on their re-appointment and wishes them successful tenure of office.
