Cursory: A Nigerian headteacher’s heartwarming gesture of wearing the pupils’ uniform to school has gone viral
A principal who works in a rural school decided to dress up in the same shirt and trousers as his pupils and make a surprise visit to the school.
This was seen in a video shared on TikTok with a user identified @dl.mayor
Should we call this, leadership by example?
Notwithstanding, the students were excited to see such an approach.
According to the video, the students cheered loudly, clapping their hands as they cluster around him.
