University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) Procedure for Post Graduate Academic Transcript, Verification and English Proficiency Applications

This is to inform the general public that The Management of University of Ilorin has released the Procedure for Post Graduate Academic Transcript/Verification/English Proficiency. (Student/Official) should follow the instruction below:

POSTGRADUATE APPLICATIONS

Postgraduate Academics Transcript/Verification/English Proficiency

Candidates requesting for Academic Transcript (Student/Official) should follow the instruction below:

• Payment of N10,000.00 per transcript (Fees are subject to change) to be made online to University of Ilorin through REMITA. Click here for payment
• Verification attracts a fee of N7,000.00 to be paid in the following order:
  • N5,000.00 to the University of Ilorin  through REMITA, and
  • N2,000.00 be paid into the PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.
• English Proficiency attracts a fee of N5,000.00 and should be paid into the PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.

• For information on courier services, Click here
• Upon completion of the application form, appropriate documents are to be attached before submission:
  • Payment Receipt generated from remita  Payment Receipt generated from Microfinance bank.     
  • Photocopy of certificate of the applicant
  • Evidence of payment to the preferred courier agent 

• On request, an official academic transcript can be sent either online to the indicated official Email address or via courier/NIPOST to an official address.
• Student copy of academic transcript can also be picked by hand, courier agent, authorized person; or be sent to a valid e-mail address.
• Letter of Authority and photocopy of means of identification must be provided by the authorized person.
• Personal e-mail is not allowed for Official Transcript, Verification and English Proficiency  applications.

NOTE:

• The University is likely to respond to your request within two (2) weeks of submission of your form. In case this is not possible, you will be informed of the progress
• The University will not be held responsible for any wrong information supplied by the applicant.
