WAEC Result of Boy Who Scored 136 in JAMB Sparks Intense Online Debate

Mustapha Lukman’s impressive WAEC results and low JAMB score have sparked intense online debate, with many questioning the disparity between his performances and offering varied reactions.

The WAEC result of Mustapha Lukman, a Nigerian student who scored 136 in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exam, has generated significant online discussion.

Lukman, aspiring to study computer science at Kaduna State Polytechnic (KadPoly), shared his WASSCE results on Facebook, seeking advice on his chances of gaining admission.

In his post, Lukman wrote, “This is my WAEC result. I scored 136 in JAMB. Can I get admission to study Computer Science at KadPoly?”

His WAEC results show a distinction (A1) in Agricultural Science and five B3 grades in subjects including English Language and Physics.

Despite his commendable WAEC results, his low JAMB score has led many to question the disparity between his performances in the two exams.

Some users offered support and guidance, while others expressed skepticism about how he managed to score well in WAEC given his low JAMB score and apparent struggles with English.

Ebenezer Arinze commented, “Who wrote this WAEC for you?”

Ibrahim Yahaya remarked, “How did you score a B in English? You’re just putting sentences together anyhow!”

Jamiu Bulala Sport Cipher added, “How will JAMB even consider you for admission?”

It’z Yakson On Top pointed out, “The worst part is your Islamic Studies score. Are you really a Muslim?”

Dogara Danladi Sarkinoma questioned, “With B3 in English, what does this say about the education system in this country?”

Vivian Nyam stated, “Mad ooo. But you’ve tried, you can do better.”

Kolawole asked, “Are you sure you were the one who wrote this WAEC exam?”

Abdulyekeen Tijani Babatunde corrected Lukman’s original post, writing, “Correction: ‘This is my WAEC result, and I scored 136 in JAMB. Can I get admission into Computer Science at KadPoly?'”
