Joaquin Wike, son of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, has earned a Master’s degree in Management and Technology Change from King’s College London, with family members and top political figures present at the graduation ceremony.


Joaquin Wike, son of Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, has earned a Master’s degree in Management and Technology Change from King’s College London. The graduation ceremony was attended by family members, including his mother, Justice Eberechi Wike, and siblings Jordan and Jazmyne, as well as prominent politicians like Senator Mao Ohuabunwa and Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, shared photos from the event on X (formerly Twitter), writing, “FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike’s son, Joaquin bags MSc Degree in Management and Technology Change at King’s College London”.
Nyesom Wike expressed gratitude to God and close friends for sharing in the joyous occasion, saying, “Grateful to God for giving me, my wife and children the opportunity to be available to share with my son, Joaquin, his moment of joy”.
Joaquin’s achievement is a proud moment for the Wike family, following his brother Jordan’s recent graduation with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Queen Mary University of London.
The ceremony was a testament to the Wike family’s academic tradition, with Joaquin’s degree marking another milestone in the family’s pursuit of excellence.
