Yobe State has approved reopening of State-Owned Tertiary Institutions. Details below.


Following the closure of the schools as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic for almost 6 – 7 months His Excellency the Executive Governor of Yobe State Honourable Mai Mala Buni has approved the reopening of state-owned Tertiary institutions on Monday 16th November 2020.
In view of this development, all heads of the institutions are urged to prepare for full academic activities with immediate effect.
The Ministry is grateful to His Excellency for approving the resumption as well the provision of logistics support to the institutions in order to meet the up with COVID-19 prevention protocols.
