The Lagos state government has approved the reopening of Chrisland Schools, Ipebi for students in terminal classes.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the state Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo.
The commissioner noted that the temporary permission to allow the terminal classes comprising JSS3 and SS3 students access to the school was granted to enable them to participate in their terminal examinations. She also added that arrangements were ongoing for other categories of students to return to school.
Recall that the school was shut down by the state government on February 13 following the demise of one of its students, Whitney Adediran, during the school’s inter-house sports held at the Agege stadium on February 9.
