Man With Perfect CDCFIB Test Score Laments Exclusion From Shortlist

A Nigerian man who claimed to have scored 100% in the CDCFIB recruitment CBT expressed disappointment after discovering that he was not shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.

A Nigerian job applicant has expressed frustration after claiming he scored 100 out of 100 in the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) Computer-Based Test but was not selected for the next stage of the recruitment process.

The young man shared his disappointment on Facebook after checking the recruitment shortlist and discovering that his name was not included despite his alleged perfect performance in the examination.

In an emotional post, he questioned why he was unsuccessful after putting in significant effort and achieving what he believed was an outstanding result.

He also posted a message reportedly received from the recruitment board, informing him that his application had not been shortlisted to proceed further in the exercise. The notice stated that, following a review and evaluation of applications, he was not selected for the next stage of the recruitment process.

The development sparked reactions on social media, with many users debating the recruitment process and expressing varying opinions about the outcome.
