The Heirs Life Essay Championship is an annual essay competition organised by Heirs Life to encourage literacy among young students while rewarding their creativity.
Open to Junior Secondary Schools, this year, students could participate for a chance to win N2,000,000 worth of scholarship, the winner’s school also gets exciting prizes, and there is more!

- Word count: 500 words

- Winner: N5,000,000 scholarship + N1,000,000 grant for their school
- 1st Runner-up: N2,000,000 scholarship
- 2nd Runner-up: N1,000,000 scholarship
Essay Topic: The essay topic for this year’s competition is “If I Could Invent Something New.”

To participate in the competition, students must submit an essay that meets the following requirements:
- Register for the competition.
- Typed (not handwritten)
- Maximum of 500 words
- Font: Times New Roman, size 13pt
- Include name, school, and class on the essay document
- Document format: Word or PDF
- Maximum file size: 1MB
