Federal College of Orthopedic Tech Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

Federal College Of Orthopedic Technology, Igbobi Admission Form For 2024/2025 academic session is out. The form cost N17,000. The cut-off mark is 150 – 200 depending on the programme. Registration Closes On 20th September, 2024.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Candidates into Full Time Programmes of the College of Nursing Sciences (CONS) and the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology (FECOT) as follows:

  • 4 years ND-HND in Nursing Sciences (non-terminal programme)
  • 2 years ND in Orthopaedic Cast Technology (OCT) / Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology (POT)
  • 2 years HND in Orthopaedic Cast Technology / Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology
  • 5 Years B.TECH Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (In Affiliation with Federal University of Technology Owerri).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

(i) Candidates must possess Five (5) O’ Levels credits passes (WASSCE/NECO/NABTEB) which must include English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two(2) sittings with a minimum of 150 for FECOT Programmes, 170 for CONS Programme and 200 for B.Tech Programme at the 2024 JAMB UTME (Subject Combination; Use of English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology).

(ii) For HND Programme, candidates must have a National Diploma (minimum of lower credit) for the relevant Programme (POT/OCT) and evidence of one (1) year supervised Industrial Attachment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must not be less than 16 years of age
  • Birth Certificate/Sworn Affidavit of Birth.
  • JAMB UTME Printout and result slip.
  • One recent Passport photograph on a white background
