Eight children emerged as winners in the 9th Indomie Fan Club arts competition, which showcased creative talents from over 50,000 entries, promoting teamwork, recycling, and skill development among young participants across Nigeria.

Eight exceptional children emerged as winners in the 9th edition of the Indomie Fan Club (IFC) arts competition, hosted by Dufil Prima Foods, makers of Indomie Instant Noodles.
The “Team Yourself Up” grand finale, held at the University of Lagos’ Tolu Odugbemi Hall, showcased creative talents selected from over 50,000 entries submitted by students from more than 30 schools across Nigeria. The top 200 artworks were featured in the final stage, with Fifehanmi Feyisitan winning the grand prize of ₦500,000 and a year’s supply of Indomie Noodles. Mildred Kalu, Oluchi Elenedu, and Gloria Bamisaiye claimed the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runner-up positions, receiving ₦100,000, ₦75,000, and ₦50,000, respectively.
The IFC Manager, Faith Joshua, explained that the initiative encourages children to bond creatively with family members during school breaks, promoting teamwork, recycling, and artistic expression. Temitope Ashiwaju, Dufil’s Corporate Communications Manager, highlighted how the competition teaches children to transform waste into valuable art, fostering resourcefulness and eco-awareness.
Founded in 2005, the Indomie Fan Club now has over 100,000 members aged 4-12 across Nigeria, offering activities such as singing competitions, arts festivals, and factory tours to develop their skills and passions.
