A kind-hearted corps member identified as Daniel Enoch Ojonugwa has donated school uniforms and writing materials to 10 orphanage students at the Arrayah Orphanage Foundation in Yola, Adamawa State.


Daniel Enoch Ojonugwa, a corps member with state code AD/24A/2427, has made a significant impact on the lives of 10 students at the Arrayah Orphanage Foundation in Yola, Adamawa State. Through his personal Community Development Service (CDS) project, Daniel provided uniforms and writing materials to these students, aiming to encourage and motivate them to pursue education.
During the project commissioning, Daniel emphasized the importance of education and shared inspiring stories of individuals who rose to success despite humble beginnings. His selfless act was commended by the President of Editorial and Publicity CDS, who noted that Daniel accomplished this feat with little external support.
The Chief Matron, Hajiya Aisha Khamsin, expressed gratitude for Daniel’s kindness and encouraged others to emulate his example. The project brought a sense of belonging to the students, who were excited and appreciative of Daniel’s gesture.
Daniel’s project is a shining example of the impact that corps members can have on their communities through the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. The NYSC program aims to promote national unity, self-reliance, and community development among young Nigerians.
