UNIUYO Appoints New Students Dean and Vice Dean

The management of University of Uyo, has appointed New Dean and Vice Dean of Students.

The University of Uyo has appointed Professor Kingsley Udofia of the Faculty of Engineering as the new Dean of Students. A leading figure in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Professor Udofia is recognized nationally and internationally for his extensive research and numerous publications.

In a simultaneous appointment, Dr. Iniubong Ansa, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Geography and Natural Resources Management, Faculty of Social Sciences, has been named Vice Dean of Students. Dr. Ansa is an expert in Development Economics and Environmental Management, with a focus on socio-economic development, governance, and sustainable access to essential services.

The Students’ Union urges all members of the Tuskers Republic to congratulate the new leadership and offer their full support as they assume their roles in advancing student welfare and academic excellence.
