University of Maiduguri, UNIMAID Online Registration Procedure For New & Old Students in 2019/2020 Academic Session.


This is to inform all new and old students of University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) that the school management has released the registration guidelines for 2019/2020 academic session.
All new students are to resume 21st October, 2019 while returning students are to resume 28th October, 2019.

UNIMAID Registration Procedure
New Students
- Print your JAMB Admission Letter and slip on the JAMB website
- FOR UTME Candidates, report to your respective College and Faculty to collect your University Admission Letter and present yourself for screening with the following documents:

- JAMB Admission Letter
- JAMB Slip
- Online Screening Evidence
- A’ Level Certificate (DE Students Only)
- O’ Level Certificate
- Primary School Certificate
- Certificate of Birth
- Certificate of indigene
- After successful screening, log on to www.portal.unimaid.edu.ng with your ID No as username and ID No as password follow the steps and change password and confirm the login through your email, fill in your Bio data,
- Generate Remita from www.portal.unimaid.edu.ng only and proceed to bank for payment
- Or you can pay online
- Return to the portal and confirm your payment o Your courses are automatically uploaded.
- You can Preview your courses add or delete elective courses and any other courses.
- Then print three copies of the registration forms and submit to your level coordinator.
Returning Students
- log on to www.portal.unimaid.edu.ng with your ID No as username and ID No as password
- Generate Remita and proceed to bank for payment
- Or you can pay online
- Return to the portal and confirm your payment
- Preview your courses
- You can add or delete elective courses and any other courses.
- Then print three copies of the registration forms and submit to your level coordinator
