HOW TO APPLY for Anambra College of Health Tech Obosi Form
- Visit https://ascoht.edu.ng, select ‘Admission’, select ‘Program Type’ and continue to checkout.
- Select ‘Admission’ Fill Application Form. Submit the required documents (O’Level result, birth certificate, passport photograph, etc.).
Closing Date: The closing date is on 25th August 2026.
SCREENING DATES:
- Tuesday, 25TH AUGUST, 2026 (Community Health)
- Wednesday 26th AUGUST, 2026 (JCHEW, PHARM TECH, PHT, MLT)
- NOTE: Candidates with JAMB shall be considered first.
