BUK Documentation Exercise

This is to inform all current level 100 and level 200 undergraduate students (Admitted in the 2024/2025 Academic Session) to come for a compulsory Documentation Exercise scheduled to commence from Monday, 19th January, 2026 to Friday, 30th January, 2026 at the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, BUK.

The students should come along with original and photocopies of the following items for the documentation exercise:

  • JAMB Admission Letter
  • BUK Admission Letter
  • JAMB Acknowledgment slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
  • BUK Acknowledgment slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
  • JAMB Result slip (UTME Candidates)
  • Alevel Statement of Result (Direct Entry Candidates ONLY)
  • O Level Statement of Result and Online print (SSCE)
  • Result Checker Card for O level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS) Candidate with NECO NECO June/July, 2019 are requested to present result checking token.
  • Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (if Available)
  • Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age
  • Completed Undertaking Form
  • Certificate of Medical Fitness
  • Evidence of payment of Acceptance Fees
  • Two (2) recent Passport Photographs

Note: This Documentation Exercise is Compulsory for all new Students.
