Adamawa College of Nursing & Midwifery Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

Adamawa State College of Nursing & Midwifery, Yola Admission forms for 2024/2025 is Out. The Form Cost N10,715. Registration Closes On Friday, 6th September, 2024

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Adamawa State College of Nursing Sciences and Midwifery Community and Return Basic Nursing Programme for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

Adamawa State College of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Eligibility.

Interested Candidates must have five (5) credits in NECO/WAEC/NABTEB to include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry & Physics, at not more than two sittings for Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery Programmes 

For Community Nursing and community Midwifery programmes, candidate must have a minimum of four credits to include: English Language, Biology and any two from the above subjects. Community programmes are for indigenes ONLY, non-indigenes need not to apply.

NOTE: Where applicant is presenting two O’Level as requirement, it should be;

i. All or both NECO and WAEC

ii. All sitting should be NABTEB

How to Apply for Adamawa State College of Nursing and Midwifery Admission.

The Application form can be obtain online at this link: conam.admissions.cloud/ So to new application, enter and open an account. Make a payment of Ten Thousand seven hundred and fifteen Naira (N10,715) only, via remita with your ATM Card or generate RRR and go to any BANK. Thereafter, return to the website you can access the form and fill it online.

The following documents are to be uploaded while filling the form: Birth certificate, indigene letter, Primary certificate, Testimonial, Result and four (04) Passport photograph. Print three copies of the form and submit to the College together with your e-receipt on or before Friday, 6th September, 2024

Entrance Examination:

• ENTRANCE EXAMINATION IS ON: Monday, 16th September, 2024 while Interview scheduled for successful candidates will be communicated later.
