UNICROSS Notice on Vacation from the Hostels at the End of the 2024/2025 Session

CRUTECH directs students to vacate hostel.

As we approach the end of the 2024/2025 academic session, please be reminded that the session officially ends on 12th September 2025, as stated in the academic calendar. In preparation for the next academic session, the University hostels would be scheduled for routine maintenance work for these periods of shutdown. To facilitate this exercise, all students living in the hostels are required to vacate the premises on or before 12 pm on 14th September 2025.

Please note that:

All students/residents must check out of the hostels by 12 pm on 14th September 2025

Students are expected to return all hostel keys, mattresses and hostel property to the Hostel supervisors

Any student found to have damaged or removed hostel property will be surcharged accordingly

The hostels will be closed until further notice for the maintenance work

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Student Affairs Division.
