Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (AAU) Notice To Students on Payment Of Faculty and Departmental Dues.
PAYMENT OF FACULTY/DEPARTMENTAL DUES
I am directed to inform all students who have not paid their Faculty and Departmental dues to do so immediately. Only students who have paid school fees and the respective dues shall be allowed to write the First Semester Examinations.
The already released circular for payment of school fee still stands. For the payment of Faculty and Departmental dues, go to the designated bank of your Faculty/Department and make payment into the bank accounts and obtain the teller without which you shall not be eligible to write the Examinations.
Bank generated list will be used to admit students into the examination halls.
Note that payments of dues by hand and in cash is totally unacceptable. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
2. SANCTITY OF EXAMINATION INVIGILATION
The Management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma has observed that there is no proper invigilation of examinations by some lecturers. Some of them even aid and abet sharp practices during examinations, enabling students to engage in malpractices. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Moving forward, any staff or student caught, engaging or aiding examinations malpractice will be queried and arraigned before the appropriate disciplinary committee.
The purpose of this memo, therefore, is to inform you of the forgoing decision of the University Management.
