Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic Notice to all Students on Issuance of Identity Cards.
The management noticed with dismay that a large number of the students have refused to fill and submit the student’s identity card forms which is required for the processing and issuance of student’s identity cards.
Therefore, all students that are yet to fill and submit their forms should visit their respective School Officers with evidence of payment (school fee receipts) to obtain and fill the identity card form, and affix one (01) passport photograph. Thereafter, submit same to the school Officer immediately.
Kindly note that the deadline for the filling and submission of the form is Thursday, 28th March, 2024.
Hence, all concerned students are hereby urged to do the needful before the set deadline.
Failure to comply will attract heavy sanctions.
