Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic notice to all prospective Corp members & HND II students.

This is to formally notify all Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) and HND II Students who have successfully defended their projects of a critical new directive from the Registrar’s office.
It is now MANDATORY for all affected students to register their completed projects with the Nigeria Education Repository and Databank (NERD).
The successful registration of your project with NERD is a prerequisite to process the NERD Clearance.
The NERD Clearance is an essential requirement for gaining access into the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Orientation Camp.
Registration will commence from Tuesday, 6th January, 2026.
All affected students are strongly advised, in their own interest, to comply with this directive and register their projects promptly upon the commencement date.
Please give this post the widest publicity it deserves.
Signed
Godswill E. Udofah, MNIM
Acting Registrar.
