Augustine University New Students Notice on Documents Required For Resumption 2024

In preparation for your resumption, kindly note that the following documents must be presented at the point of registration. These documents are essential for completing your clearance and securing your student status:

• 10 passport photographs
• ⁠O’Level Results (WAEC, NECO / GCE / IGCSE) – 5 Photocopies
• ⁠UTME result – 5 photocopies
• ⁠JAMB Admission letter (if available) – 5 photocopies
• ⁠Offer of provisional Admission
• ⁠Letter from AUI to be printed from Admission Portal – 5 photocopies
• ⁠Reference letter or testimonial from school and reference letter from Church/Mosque – 5 photocopies each (to be addressed to the Registrar)
• ⁠Bio data form to be printed from AUI Student Portal – 5 photocopies
• ⁠Birth certificate / Sworn affidavit – 5 photocopies
• ⁠Stamped clearance form from Bursary – 5 photocopies
• ⁠If you are a transfer student re-admitted to 100/200 level in Augustine University, bring along your:

1. Academic Transcript
2. ⁠Jamb Admission Letter to Previous Institution
3. ⁠O’level result / A’level result / IGCSE/JUPEB result.

Please ensure that all documents are intact and ready for submission at the registration venue. Any missing or incomplete documents may result in delays in your registration process.

For clarification, kindly note the resumption schedule based on your Faculty:

• 28th October, 2024 – Faculty of Humanities, Management & Social Sciences: Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, English, Mass Communication, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Political Science
• 29th October, 2024 – Faculty of Science: Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Fisheries & Aquaculture, Microbiology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics
• 30th October, 2024 – Faculty of Allied Health Sciences: Nursing Science
• ⁠30th October, 2024 – Faculty of Engineering: Computer Engineering.

Ensure you resume according to the batch assigned to your Faculty.
