Bayelsa Medical University, BMU Admission list 2024/2025 academic session is out. This is the first batch.

We are delighted to announce that the first batch of Screening Success Letters has been issued to candidates who have successfully passed the screening process. To check your status, kindly log in to your portal at my.bmu.edu.ng/applicants/login. If you find that you have been successful, we encourage you to proceed with the payment for your Acceptance and Tuition Fees to secure your admission.

For candidates who have not yet received a letter, please ensure that your O’Level results, reflecting at least 5 credits in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, are uploaded to JAMB CAPS. Only candidates meeting these O’Level requirements will be considered for successful screening.

Additionally, candidates who selected BMU as their first choice in JAMB and have not yet purchased our online screening form are advised to do so on our website at my.bmu.edu.ng/applicants/login to be eligible for screening.

How to Check Bayelsa Medical University (BMU) Admission List

Candidates can follow the procedure below to check their admission status on the Bayelsa Medical University BMU and JAMB portal. 

Check Admission Status On School’s Portal

The admission lists can also be found through the link below: CLICK HERE TO VIEW LISTS Candidates are also to proceed to check their admission on JAMB CAPS and either accept or reject the admission.

Check Admission Status On JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!
