Bayelsa State School of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Requirements
For Community Nursing & Midwifery:
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must possess WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results with at least 5 credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (obtained in no more than two sittings).
For Post-Basic Nursing/Midwifery:
- Applicants must hold valid RN or RM certificates.
How to Obtain Bayelsa State School of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Form
Interested candidates should follow these steps to secure their application:
- Visit the application portal at https://byscons.edu.ng/post-basic-and-community-programme/
- Make a non-refundable payment of N25,000.00.
- Fill out the online application form accurately and submit.
- Print the system-generated acknowledgement slip and payment receipt (color printing is recommended).

Bayelsa State School of Nursing and Midwifery Entrance Exam Schedule
Candidates are expected to sit for a Computer Based Test (CBT) scheduled as follows:
- Date: July 18th, 2026
- Time: 8:00 AM Prompt
- Venue: College CBT Center
Note: Candidates must bring their original acknowledgement slip to the examination venue. To check admission status later, use your unique Application Number and Last Name on the official portal.
Bring the original copy of your acknowledgement slip to the examination venue on the designated date.
Mode of Examination: Computer Based Test
All Candidates Are To Come With Their Examination Slips, original receipts, and writing materials.
Closing Date: Forms are available starting April 13th, 2026, and the portal will remain open until July 10th, 2026.
