BUK Documentation Exercise

This is to inform all newly admitted Level 100 and Level 200 undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 Academic Session that the University has scheduled a compulsory Documentation Exercise as follows

  • Date: Monday, 20th July to Friday, 31st July, 2026
  • Venue: Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, Bayero University, Kano.

The students should come along with original and photocopies of the following items for the documentation exercise:

  • JAMB Admission Letter
  • BUK Admission Letter
  • JAMB Acknowledgment slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
  • BUK Acknowledgment slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
  • JAMB Result slip (UTME Candidates)
  • Alevel Statement of Result (Direct Entry Candidates ONLY)
  • O Level Statement of Result and Online print (SSCE)
  • Result Checker Card for O level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS) Candidate with NECO NECO June/July, 2019 are requested to present result checking token.
  • Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (if Available)
  • Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age
  • Completed Undertaking Form
  • Certificate of Medical Fitness
  • Evidence of payment of Acceptance Fees
  • Two (2) recent Passport Photographs

Students are advised to ensure that all documents are complete and arranged in the order listed above to facilitate a smooth documentation process.

Please Note: The Documentation Exercise is mandatory for all newly admitted Level 100 and Level 200 undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Failure to complete the exercise within the stipulated period may affect the processing of registration and other academic records.
