This is to inform the General Public that, The commencement of the Sales of Admission Form into:
NATIONAL DIPLOMA / HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NURSING PROGRAMME

The management of College of Nursing Sciences, Tambuwal wishes to inform the general public, particularly prospective applicants, that only candidates who have registered and obtained a valid JAMB result for the year 2025 are eligible to apply for admission into the College for 2025/2026 academic session.

Important Disclaimer: The College strongly warns parents, guardians, and prospective candidates not to give money to any individual or agent claiming to facilitate admission into the institution.

Admission into the College is strictly based on merit and in accordance with due process.
All designated fees related to admission process must be paid directly into the official school account through the recognized payment channels. The College will not be held responsible for any loss of funds resulting from payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts.

How to Apply for College of Nursing Tambuwal Admission Form

Ensure you upload your O’Level result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS):

  • JAMB Combination: 5 O’Level Credits including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings at WAEC/NECO.

Steps:

  • Visit the institution Website at https://constambuwal.edu.ng and click on “Online Application Portal” link under Students Section or go directly to https://portal.constambuwal.edu.ng
  • Click on Start New Application and read the application instruction carefully
  • Create Account by filling your basic information and click on Register copy of your application information will be sent to your Email address
  • Use your Username and Password to log in then click on “Generate Invoice” and proceed with your application
  • On your invoice, click on the Pay Now button to pay using the available online payment channels
  • After payment login again to the portal confirm your payment upload your passport up-

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should have a minimum of credit passes in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at O’Level, WAEC and NECO: Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • Candidates must have chosen College of Nursing Sciences as their first choice.
  • Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under-listed on the portal during registration to purchase the Post UTME Form then come along with the following to the Post UTME Exam:
  • JAMB result slip
  • JAMB change of institution slip
  • WAEC/NECO result

NOTES: Applicants are now to await for further information from the institution through SMS and Email for further inquiries, complaint, or technical support, email [email protected] or call 09047237164 (Allowed call period 9:00am – 5:00pm every Monday-Friday only).

Closing Date: The Sales of Forms Starts on 3rd July to 11th August, 2025

  • Release of Successful Candidate on 1st September, 2025

  • Lectures Starts on 20th October, 2025

Venue for Oral Interview: Murtala Hospital Sokoto (Unguwar Rogo Area, Sokoto) Time: 8:00am to 4:00pm
