The information below is for the last academic session. We will update it when this year’s own comes out.

This is to inform all the candidates that applied for the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, 2024/2025 post UTME and also participated in the screening exercise that they can now check their admission status.

How to Check DELSU Admission List.

The names of admitted candidates have been uploaded online and it’s now available on the school’s website. Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check their admission status

Check Admission Status On DELSU Admission Portal

• Click on “Check” to view your admission status
• Candidates are to visit https://portal.delsu.edu.ng/

Payment of Acceptance Fee

You are required to make immediate payment of a non-refundable acceptance fee as indicated against your course below 

PROGRAMMES

• Medicine & Surgery, Law and Nursing
• DELTAN – 65,000
• NON DELTAN – 75,000

PROGRAMMES

• Pharmacy and Engineering
• DELTAN – 60.000
• NON DELTAN – 70,000

PROGRAMMES

• All other Faculties/Departments
• DELTAN – 50,000
• NON DELTAN – 60.000

and tender the evidence at the point of medical registration and screening in the Faculty.

Medical Registration:

You are to visit the University Health Centre with your payment printout to do your medical registration

Acceptance of Admission in CAPS:

Candidates who have been offered admission are to proceed to JAMB CAPS and click “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer.

If you have been offered admission you’ll see your registration number, name, a course offered and other details. If that’s what you saw, then please accept our CONGRATULATIONS.

Check Admission Status On JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Please REMEMBER: Admitted candidates should note that they MUST ACCEPT their admission on JAMB CAPS Portal.
