FCE Zaria Important Notice to (UDUS Affiliated) Newly Admitted Students 2024/2025

Federal College of Education, Zaria affiliated with Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto has released an important notice to all 2024/2025 newly admitted students.

This is to notify the newly admitted 2024/2025 undergraduate students that their screening is scheduled as follows:

A. SCREENING EXERCISE:

  • Date: Wednesday, 12th to Saturday, 15th February, 2025.
  • Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Venue: PHE Multipurpose Hall

B. MATRICULATION CEREMONY:

  • Date: Tuesday, 25th February, 2025.
  • Time: 10:00am.
  • Venue: PHE Multi-purpose Hall.

C. REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING:

All candidates are required to present the following:

  • Original WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC Statements of results
  • Original NCE/Diploma Statement of result/Certificate.
  • Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate.
  • Original Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
  • Original Direct Entry e-registration slip.
  • Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person in the society, this must be on a letterhead and duly stamped.
  • Eight (8) recent passport photographs on white background.
  • Photocopies of items i – v stated above.
  • WAEC/NECO and NABTEB Scratch cards for those who do not have Certificate. Scratch cards will be made available for interested candidates.
  • Registration Remitta for 2023/2024 payment of School fees, duly confirmed by the Bursary Department.
  • Photocopy of JAMB Admission letter.

D. OTHER REQUIREMENTS BY THE MOTHER UNIVERSITY

  • Payment of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N12,500) Only at the screening point for Journal, Student Handbook, Academic Gown, University I.D card, and Oath Form, etc.

Note that the above requirements are compulsory for each student. You are also required to be punctual for the screening exercise, please.
