Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Deadline for Regularization of Admissions on JAMB CAPS

This serves to inform all students who gained admission into the institution through Part- Time Evening Programme from 2017 till date who have not regularized their admissions through JAMB-CAPS to urgently proceed to JAMB Office to regularize their admission status.
The above directive became imperative in view of the information reaching Management from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) that many students who completed their National Diploma Programmes via Part-Time/Evening did not regularize their admissions using JAMB-CAPS before proceeding for Higher National Diploma ND Programmes. It was also observed that those who complied failed to submit the JAMB Admission letter printed to the Polytechnic to complete the process of the regularization.
In view of the above, all concerned students are to take the following steps.
- Step 1: Visit the JAMB Office for regularization of admissions on JAMB-CAPS
- Step 2: Submit a copy of the JAMB admission letter and ND Admission letter at the Admissions office, of the Directorate of Academic Affairs.
- Step 3: Write their names and other details at the Students Affairs Unit for collation.
The deadline for completion of this exercise is Thursday 22 August, 2024. This is to allow further necessary action by the institution and to meet the JAMB stipulated deadline of 31st August, 2024.
Please be informed that this development is premised on JAMB Policy and Management will hot be held liable if any student fails to adhere to this important directive,
This is for your information and strict compliance please.
