Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti Clearance Documents for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma(HND) Full-Time Fresh Students have been released.

The management of Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti has released the clearance /registration requirements for all the newly admitted students in the 2021/2022 academic session.

Please note that after clearance, you will be required to immediately pay an Acceptance fee of #25,000:00 (excluding charges).

3. Original copy of O’Level Certificate/Statement of O’Level result (Signed &Stamped)
4. JAMB/UTME Score print-out
5. Change of Institution/Course to Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as choice Institution (If applicable)
6. Admission Status print-out (via JAMB CAPS/Access my CAPS/Admission Status)
7. JAMB Admission letter
8. FPA Admission letter
9. My Biodata printout (via JAMB CAPS)
10. Six (6) recent passport photographs of normal size and four (4) of size 4 X 4
11. Seven (7) photocopies each of all the above arranged in the set order
12. Come with your nose mask(s) and be prepared to abide by given COVID-19 protocols

2. Original copy of O’Level Certificate
3. ND Statement of Result not later than April, 2021 for candidates with  Distinction, Upper credit and Lower Credit respectively
4. ND Statement of Result not later than April, 2020 for candidates with Pass grade
5. One (1) year I. T. letter for candidates with grades of Distinction, Upper Credit and Lower Credit respectively.
6. Two (2)  years I. T. letter for candidates with Pass grade
7. Admission letter
8. Six (6) recent passport photographs of normal size and four (4) of size 4 X 4
9. Ensure that transcript of Academic Records have been sent to this Institution (for candidates with ND from other Institutions)
10. Seven (7) photocopies each of all credentials above arranged in the set order
11. Come with your nose mask(s) and be prepared to abide by given COVID-19 protocols
