Federal University Dutsinma, FUD Dustinma Notice on Reduction Of Working Hours During The Month Of Ramadan


Following the commencement of the Ramadan Fasting in the Islamic year 1445AH; I am directed to convey the Vice-Chancellor’s approval for the reduction of working hours as follows:-
- Mondays – Thursdays :8:00am – 3:00pm
- Fridays: 8:00am 12:00noon
Please note that this change applies to the Fasting period only. Normal working hours resume immediately after the Fasting period.
However, the reduction of the working hours does not affect staff on special duties.
Above is for your information and compliance, please.
