FUGASHUA Important Information on the Convocation Ceremony To All Graduating Students.


It is mandatory for graduating students to participate in the academic procession fully dressed in approved academic gowns. Academic gowns are limited and will be given out to graduating students on a first-come, first-served basis after payment of appropriate fees.
Fees for hiring of Academic gowns are as follows:
- First Degree: N2,000.00
- Master Degree: N3,000.00
- Book of Proceedings: N5,000.00 (Optional)
Furthermore, the certificates for the first to fifth (2017/2018-2023/2024) sets of graduates will be ready for collection on Monday, July 14, 2025. Please note the following important details:
Clearance:
All graduates must complete a clearance form and return the Statement of Result issued, along with their I.D Cards before collecting their certificates.
Payment:
A fee of N5,000 (Five thousand Naira) only is required for the collection of your certificate.
Location:
Certificates will be available for collection at the Office of the Registrar.
We encourage all graduates to ensure that they have completed all necessary requirements in advance to facilitate a smooth collection process.
