Gombe State University (GSU) Announces End of year Break.


I am pleased to convey the approval of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Aliyu Usman El-Nafaty, OFR for the closure of the University from Saturday, 23rd December, 2023 to Saturday, 6th January, 2024. This is to enable both staff and students to fully enjoy the Mid-Semester break and the public holidays associated with Christmas and New Year celebrations.
However, staff on essential services such as Security Personnel, Water Tanker Drivers, Gardeners and Staff of the University Zoo should report for duty as usual.
Normal work resumes on Monday, 8th January, 2024.
