The Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority (KSSQAA) is pleased to announced that the results of the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) will be released on Monday, 25th August 2025, by 2:30pm.


The Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority (KSSQAA) hereby notifies candidates, schools, parents/guardians, and stakeholders that the results of the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) Hybrid Computer-Based Examination (CBE) will be officially released on Monday, 25th August 2025, by 2:30pm.
All schools are advised to follow the guidelines provided below to access their results.

Steps to Access Results (Representative):
- Visit the official website at https://results.kssqaa.org/.
- Schools may download bulk results using their official login credentials.
Steps to Access the Photo Album (For School Representatives)
- Visit kssqaa.org.
- Navigate to Examinations → Select BECE (CBE) and school type (Private/Public).
- Log in with official credentials.
- From the sidebar, click Photo Album.
- Select examination year and type.
- Click Print → Use Ctrl + P to save as PDF or print.
Steps to Access the Gazette (Proprietors):
- Visit the official website at kssqaa.org.
- Click on the “Proprietor Login” link at the bottom of the homepage.
- Enter your login ID and password on the login page to access your system.
- Update your email address on the update page that appears after login, as the students’ gazette will be sent to this email.
- Click on “Students List” on the sidebar and click on “Download BECE Gazette” to receive the Gazette via your email.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the “Reset Password” button to receive a reset email.
IMPORTANT UPDATES:
- Access results only via the official portal to avoid fraudulent websites.
- All complaints on result access must be channelled through respective schools.
- Requests for bio-data corrections or related services will be processed only through schools.
- The released results cover 2025 BECE Hybrid CBE.
- Results of the 2025 BECE Pen-and-Paper Examination will be released at a later date.
Pending RESULT:
Some students’ results may be marked as ‘Pending. This is due to ongoing result processing. If results remain pending after one week, schools should contact us. Results may be showing ‘Pending’ due to one or more of the following reasons.
- Incomplete scores entry
- Unregistered candidates sitting for exams
- Incomplete Continuous Assessments (CA’s)
- Private schools with unpaid annual renewal fees or without acceptable payment evidence
Certificate Printing:
- Only schools that have completed the authorization form will have their certificates printed.
- Corrections after certificate printing will incur a N1,000 fine per correction.
- Certificate printing will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to schools that report and
- resolve any issues with their results.
- Indicate “Cleared” if there are no issues with your results.
- Use this link: https://forms.gle/KNyp4fPjAFU5RqG69 to authorize certificate printing.
Payment to Examiners:
So far, about 400 examiners who have completed marking and accurately entered their scores have been paid. If you have not yet received your payment, please review the differences between the expected and entered scores and contact KSSQAA/The CodeUnit to address any discrepancies so that your payment can be processed promptly.
