Kano Poly Physical Screening Exercise 2025/2026 is Out

The management of Kano State Polytechnic wishes to notify candidates who applied for admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE Technical) programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session that the physical screening exercise is scheduled to commence on Thursday, 13th November 2025, at 10:00 a.m. It will take place at the Academic Department, Central Administration, along BUK Road, Kano.

All candidates are requested to bring the following documents:

  • Declaration of age/Birth Certificate
  • NIN Slip
  • O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
  • JAMB Registration Slip
  • JAMB Result Printout
  • Change of Institution Slip (Green Card)
  • Evidence of O’Level Upload on JAMB CAPS
  • Two (2) copies of the Screening Slip

Please note that the screening will continue twice weekly (Wednesdays and Thursdays) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
